| Description (Service) | COVID-19 (24 April 2020) Clients must make an appointment by telephone before entering CSCE. Only clients with essential needs will be seen. Clients with non essential needs appointments will be held over the telephone, via videoconference or in person at a later date. Visit their website for more details. Primary health care, mental health care and community capacity building health promotion primarily for the Francophone community. Aims to improve health among its members and favours autonomy and responsibility of individuals. Community Health Program Improve health among members in the community Mental Health Program * support services, evaluation, orientation, and individual, family and group therapy for people suffering from all kinds of problems * offers help in difficult times and with family problems Physical Health Program * consultation with medical, nursing and nutritional staff * complete medical examinations with follow-up appointments * doctor's evaluation, electrocardiograms, expert laboratory services, Annual exams for babies, children and adults * evaluation of eating and lifestyle habits * screening, hospital visits, possible home visits |
