HoursSupportive Housing 24hr service * Home Care Mon-Fri 
DescriptionSupportive housing with assisted living for aboriginals and others * Homemaking Services are available to aged, disabled, and ill community members and their caretakers in their homes * meal planning * preparation of nourishing meals * light housekeeping * laundry and ironing * personal care including assistance in walking, climbing or descending stairs, getting into or out of bed, eating, dressing, bathing and other matters of personal hygiene * simple bedside care when required * Aging at Home Services provides support to aboriginal community members over the age of 65
Supplementary DescriptionPalliative Care provided if required in clients home or in Supportive Housing * Respite Care is provided as required, requested and availability * financial/needs assessment required for both services
Waiting ListWait List for Supportive Housing is maintained by VHA * Applications will completed by Supportive Housing Home Care Program
EligibilityServices are available to aged, disabled, and ill community members * Aging at Home Services provides support to aboriginal community members over the age of 65
ApplicationAll applications will be completed by Supportive Housing Home Care or Aging at Home Coordinator. 
FeesService - Financial assessment is completed for applicants for Supportive housing and Home Care. ; None - no fees for the Aging At Home Program
