DescriptionOffers health information and outreach services to Ottawa immigrant and newcomers. 
 
* Workshops and seminars: For each target group, a workshop is offered every other month on a topic is a challenge for immigrant health. These information workshops, training and education cover various topics of interest such as excess weight (diabetes, obesity), mental health issues (depression, stress, dementia, etc.), diseases related to aging, sexually transmitted diseases, etc. Workshops are led by health professionals. 
 
* Exercise classes: To ensure that seniors are maintaining are staying fit and healthy, these classes take place every two week in collaboration with the program "Vieillir en Santé". 
 
* Information, referral and accompaniment services: Provides important information and tools to help seniors get health services in French. The program has updated the directory of institutions or health care services in Ottawa that offer services in French. 
 
* Translation services: For clients in need, workshops and information provided can be translated in other languages beside English and French.
EligibilityOpen to youth 13-18, seniors 55+ and families from Francophone minority racial and ethnocultural populations.
