DescriptionTrained and experienced counsellors provide a full range of counselling and support services for children, adolescents, and adults. * Offers individual, couple/relationship, family, and group counselling using a holistic, client-centered approach, with special sensitivity to cultural issues. 
 
Counselling services are offered for a variety of issues, including but not limited to: Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem, Relationship Issues, Chronic Pain, Domestic Violence and Abuse, Disordered Eating, Isolation / Interpersonal Difficulties, Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transgender, Two-Spirited, Intersexed, Queer and Questioning (LGBTTIQQ) Issues, Loss / Grief, Parenting, Prenatal and Post-Partum Issues, Separation and Divorce, Sexual Assault, Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress. 
 
Other specialized services available include: 
* Counselling and Support for Automobile Injury and Trauma 
* Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) 
* Psycho-educational Testing and Evaluation 
* Transformations: A Group Anger Management Program 
* Conflict Reduction Counselling for Separated Parents 
* Social Skills Groups for Children and Adolescents (for children aged 7-10 and adolescents aged 11-14)
EligibilityIndividuals, couples, and families of all faiths and backgrounds.

FeesService - Sliding fee scale ; Counselling services may be covered by workplace and private health care benefit and insurance plans.
