DescriptionNon-profit organization aims to heighten awareness about the dangers of impaired driving, offer support services to victims, and save lives. As a grassroots organization with chapters and Community Action Teams across the country, its goal is to stop impaired driving. * Provides victim support and awareness presentations. * Chapters are run by volunteers and include not only mothers, but fathers, friends, business professionals, experts in the drunk driving field and concerned citizens who want to make a difference in the fight against impaired driving. 
 
Some of their free victim services include: 
* Grief and bereavement support 
* Court accompaniment and support during the criminal trial process 
* Helping victims know their rights under the law 
* Referrals 
* Free brochures 
* Emotional support 
* Annual Candlelight Vigil of Hope and Remembrance and Victims' Weekend 
* Memorial Wall: Victims or their families may submit a photo to MADD Canada to have it placed on the memorial wall at the National Office. 
* Court monitoring: Individuals attend court and keep track of impaired charges and how they are handled. 
* Victim service on-line training 
* Advocating for victim rights under the law.
