| Description | Offers services in rehabilitation and health promotion. In a university training setting, these services are offered by trainees and clinical educators to school-age children and to adults 50 years and over. Interprofessional rehabilitation programs * balance and mobility * coordination * physical rehabilitation following a disease * speech and language (oral and written) re-education * hearing evaluation and rehabilitation * retraining (personal care, activities, productivity) * community nursing care Health promotion programs * falls prevention * memory group * summer camp for children with learning disabilities * nutrition, sleep and medication * education on the effect of a disease on the caregivers * hearing screening in schools | |||
| Eligibility | Francophone children 5-18 years, and adults 50 years and over Target clients are the francophones of Ontario * adults 50 years and over with limited independence * school-age children with school participation difficulties * caregivers of these two groups * individuals who don’t receive this type of services from other organizations. | |||
