| Application | Fill in the Ontario College Application Services (OCAS) form available in secondary schools and send a copy of school records and a cheque or money-order with the amount of $95 to: Ontario College Application Services, 60 Corporate Court, Guelph, ON, N1G 5J3. For admission to the continuing education program, apply by completing a registration form and sending it to the Admissions and Registrar's Office, 801 Aviation Parkway, 613-742-2483.
