DescriptionDetention centre * provides incarceration for adult offenders who are serving sentences or who are on remand. 
 
Professional services include: medical * psychiatric * psychological * social work * correctional counselling * volunteer programs available to the residents

* Ottawa-Carleton District School board classes for literacy and instruction up to Ontario Academic Credit - Grade 12 
* The "Conseil des écoles publiques d'Ottawa-Carleton" provides a French Language education program.
