| Description | Long-term, supervised and cooperative residence offering accommodation for medically-stable adults living with the effects of acquired brain injury. * Rent is geared to income * Supported Independent Living Program offered to support people within the community | |||

| Eligibility | For Ontario residents living with the effects of a traumatic brain injury. They must be medically stable, requiring no on-going nursing care. Additionally, for the most part, the individual will have completed post-injury rehabilitation prior to being accepted in this program. | |||
