Hours	Mon-Tue 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm * Wed 8:30-12 noon, 1 pm-7:30 pm * Thu-Fri 8:30-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm
Description	Offers health care and social services to the francophone community of Eastern Ottawa.    Basic care: health exams * mental health services * vaccinations * prenatal, postnatal care    Prevention screening, support and treatment: addictions (cigarettes, alcool and other substances) * stress management * prevention of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD's) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) * pregnancy * obesity    Management and monitoring of chronic conditions: diabetes * hypertension * arthritis * respiratory diseases    Two other sites are available:    Orléans/Cumberland  3095 St-Joseph Blvd, Ste 522, Orléans ON K1E 3V7, 613-590-0533  Ottawa East  2339 Ogilvie Rd, Ste 204, Ottawa ON K1J 8M6, 613-842-8341
Eligibility	No restrictions * patients who already have a doctor or a severe medical condition will not be accepted
