DescriptionOffers health care and social services to the francophone community of Eastern Ottawa. 
 
Basic care: health exams * mental health services * vaccinations * prenatal, postnatal care 
 
Prevention screening, support and treatment: addictions (cigarettes, alcool and other substances) * stress management * prevention of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD's) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) * pregnancy * obesity 
 
Management and monitoring of chronic conditions: diabetes * hypertension * arthritis * respiratory diseases
