The "Alumni Hall and Sports Centre" features a triple gym (seating 1,500) * 5,000 sq ft of cardio space * yoga room 
 
The Ice House features 2 NHL-sized ice arenas.

Pilates * Women's Strength Training * Fitness for Mature Adults * Yoga * Martial Arts * a wide variety of dance instructions * Aquatics * CPR/First Aid * Fitness Appraisal and Counselling * Squash * Aerobics Leader and Weight Room Instructor Training) * Learn to Skate and Open Skate

* Personal Training and Fitness Appraisals * "Have a Heart for Hockey" program to help recreational sport players stay in shape
