| Description | English language instruction for immigrants, refugees and newcomers * One-on-one tutoring (Main Program): Adult newcomers who cannot access regular language programs are offered at-home one-on-one English language tutoring free of charge * students who are attending Literacy classes and need extra support are also eligible for this program. * Drop-in Classes: Some evening and weekend classes (for beginner through advanced level students) are also provided for a small fee * classes are open to all adult newcomers regardless of immigration status. | |||
