| Description | Services for young offenders: The Community Support Team: community-based outreach and counselling program * Intensive Support Supervision Program: intensive community-based treatment * A Different Street: community-based residential treatment program * St. John Bosco Achievement Center: program for youth that have struggled in a regular school setting and cannot, for various reasons, attend mainstream or alternative programs Housing: 12 apartments (2 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom and living room) | |||

| Eligibility | * Community Service Team: 12-17 year old male and female youth in conflict with the law who are serving a custody disposition or on probation and at high risk of offending again in the community. * Intensive Support Supervision Program: High-risk young persons presenting mental health and justice issues. * A Different Street: Young males, ages 16–20 years old who have been recently released from custody and who are homeless. * St. John Bosco Achievement Center: Youth who are already in Intensive Support Supervision Program, Community Service Team and A Different Street program. | |||
