Outreach program: Designed to help former tenants and individuals on the waiting list * addresses needs such as: parenting * housing support * community resources referral * personal counselling * child play groups * social recreation

Single parents 16 years of age and over and their dependent children, whose total income allows them to qualify for subsidized rents * The housing and programs are not designed for couples nor for dependents other than children.
ApplicationApplication must be made through the Social Housing Registry, 613-526-2088.
FeesService - All the units are subsidized so that no tenants will pay more than 30% of their income on rent. Heat and hydro are not included in the rent.
