Description	A spiritual and justice-based gathering place for women and women with children. A safe, supportive, inclusive environment where women come together to empower each other while nurturing the whole person.    Drop-in day program for women with their children of all ages * peer, personal and group support * advocacy * outreach * crisis intervention * free light breakfast and nutritious hot lunch * social, recreational and educational programs * personal hygiene products and other practical supports * Internet access * computer training * employment support    Guiding principles :  * Strive to uphold principles of justice, advocacy and solidarity through our ministry and the Women of The Well (WOW) community.  * Stand in mutuality with WOW, working together towards peace, freedom, hope and well being.  * Strive to affirm and foster self-respect and dignity of all women.  * Advocate for the rights of all WOW with the goal of achieving justice.
