Description
Provides 24 hour on-call as well as scheduled attendant care services to adults with physical disabilities who are living in their own units within an apartment complex. The units provided by the housing provider are accessible and have been retrofitted to the needs of the consumer. Attendant service hours are customized to suit each individual lifestyle and to promote independence.
