| Eligibility | Priority to persons 18 and over * All clients are welcome who are receiving Employment Insurance (EI), Ontario Works (OW), Canada Pension Plan Disabilitly Benefits (CPP) or Ontario Disability Support Benefits (ODSP) Ontario Employment Assistance Services (EAS): Unemployed persons working less than 20 hours per week and legally entitled to work in Canada * Employment Insurance (EI) and Reachback clients (persons with an active EI claim, have a claim that ended within the last 3 years or have a maternity/parental claim that ended in the past 5 years). | |||
