DescriptionAllies with all those who work in fields related to the Francophone community to assert and defend francophone rights to quality education in French. 
 
Represents all authorities of Franco-Ontarian schools * helps and supports members towards their professional needs * assumes a leadership role towards professional development of its members * promotes communication between members * promotes French education in Ontario
EligibilityTo become an associate member, all persons must have management qualifications or be working as a temporary or as a replacement director/assistant director. 
 
To become a regular member, one should be working as a director or assistant director in a francophone school or in a similar job requiring the same qualifications and should not be a member of the Teachers Federation of Ontario - member should not be a member of the Union.
