Description	Family Court Clinic providing assessments for the courts in areas involving the Young Offender's Act and the Child and Family Services Act.    The goal of the assessments is to provide the family and court with an understanding of prevailing problems and recommendations based on the child/youth's best interest.    Evaluation services include pre-trial, pre-sentence assessment and evaluation for custody and visitation rights for family courts.    Works in three areas:  * When the youth charged under the Act on the criminal justice system for adolescents  * Situations involving the well-being of children  * Cases of custody and visitation

Eligibility	Ages: 18 year(s) and under    Children up to 18 years of age and their families.
Application	A referral must be made by judicial, legal, and correctional systems
