Agents are available during regular and extended service hours.    TIPS (Automated Services): Tax Information Phone Service 1-800-267-6999 (computerized). To get information from Telerefund, GST/HST credit, CCTB or RRSP deduction limit, you will have to give your social insurance number, your month and year of birth, and the amount you entered on line 150 of your return.    Request for forms and publications: Dial 1-800-959-2221, or consult the Online order form.    Income Tax Refund Enquiries: 1-800-959-1956    TTY Enquiries for hearing impaired: 1-800-665-0354    Community Volunteer Income Tax Program: Volunteers from a variety of backgrounds provide eligible persons with free help to complete their income tax and benefit returns. The program runs from February to April. Call 613-598-3968 or 1-800-959-8218 for locations during tax season. A complete list will be available on their website.
