Description	Integrated health and social services    General practice by appointment * medical walk-in service * urgent care provided for Centretown Community Health Centre clients * obstetrics * prenatal and postnatal support * nutrition counselling * options counselling for unplanned pregnancies * referrals to specialists * sleep assessments * chiropody * community-based diabetes education    Health education and support on issues such as: stress reduction * healthy weight * smoking cessation    Homeless Initiative: assistance to obtain a health card, anonymous HIV testing and counselling, Needle Exchange Program    Health education, support programs and services for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, two-spirit and questioning community members.
