Crisis intervention services to all women victims of violence residing in Ottawa and area * information * referral * support services (by telephone or in person) * help with emergency transportation or transportation to facilitate links with other community services * support groups * babysitting subsidies * individual counselling * community education for children * transitional housing support program 
 
Children Who Witness Violence program: offering a support group for children and a concurrent group for their mothers 
 
Transitional Housing Support program: available for women residing in the East and South end of the City of Ottawa * helping women not accessing a shelter to transition from an abusive relationship to services and safe housing
Waiting ListYes, support groups are organized based on a waiting list
