Day Support Program: Designed to enhance the well-being of adults with special needs * social, physical and mental stimulation in a supportive group environment 
 
Supportive Active Living Program: For adults who need the opportunity to socialize and participate in meal programs * for persons with visual, speech or hearing impairments that makes participation in community and social activities difficult 
 
Community Support Services: Assists adults with physical disabilities and seniors wanting to live at home 
 
Food Services: Reasonably priced meals * Monday to Friday nutritious hot lunches, soup and sandwiches, salad bar * Thursday evening hot dinner * take-out meals * festive and theme dinner parties * some diet restrictions taken into account 
 
Day Centre Activities: Wide range of activities * All programs led by qualified volunteers and program leaders 
 
Physical Activities: Chair exercise * fitness centre * tai chi * yoga * dance classes * fitness * well-being classes * weights or cardio * billiards room 
 
Spiritual Program: Chapel service * World Day of Prayer 
 
Craft Program: Ceramics * painting * sewing * tole painting * knitting and crochet 
 
Performing Arts: Choir, choir chimes * performing groups and bands * home of the Grey Jazz Band 
 
Education and Health Program: Armchair travel * computer classes * current affairs * history programs * language classes * English as a second language * osteoporosis self-help group * wellness seminars * guest lecturers * day trips 
 
Games and Social Program: Games * cards * biweekly dance (second and fourth Thursday of the month) * sing along * monthly birthday party * special events and teas 
 
Fitness Programs: For adults regardless of fitness level, mobility or agility and for persons who suffer from osteoporosis, arthritis, or other muscular or cardiovascular conditions 
 
Legal Services: Available to members and those living within the agency's boundaries.
