Basic care medical services: check-ups * mental health services * vaccinations * prenatal and postnatal care 
 
Prevention, screening, support and treatment: smoking * alcohol and other drugs * stress management * prevention of sexually transmitted diseases (STIs) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) * pregnancy * obesity 
 
Management and monitoring of chronic conditions: diabetes * hypertension * arthritis * respiratory diseases
