DescriptionMulti-service community resource centre for military families 
 
Short-term counselling * crisis intervention * information and referral * community development * educational programs * career centre * volunteer services * children's services * youth services * parenting/caring for children * second language training * deployment support that respond to the needs of the families of military members. 
 
* Welcome program for families new to the area and a career centre for spouses to help them find employment or to improve their work skills * assistance available to find a doctor 
 
* Programs offered at Uplands and services are available in outlying areas, including Orléans and Gatineau 
 
* Military families can access services as a family unit, individually or in groups.
EligibilityServices are available to all military families living in the National Capital Region.
