DescriptionIntensive mental health case management * limited permanent affordable housing options 
 
* Housing options: furnished, rent geared-to-income cooperative/group living homes for men * furnished rent geared-to-income apartments for men and women with support geared to individual needs. * Those in our residential units live independently in the community and receive support and counselling from mental health professionals as needed. 
 
* Family focus case management program that offers mental health supports based on the strengths based model, with the individual as primary client. Services are extended to encompass the nuclear family where appropriate and approved by the primary client. 
 
* Housing options are limited to those currently receiving services.

EligibilityAges: 16 year(s) and up 
 
Adults, men and women, challenged by mental illness. Please note that only recipients of Mental Health Case Management Services from a Mental Health Community Support Agencies (MHCSS) partner agency are eligible to access our housing options at this time.
ApplicationReferrals from mental health professionals, doctors, social workers, self or family. For case management, apply through the MHCSS (Mental Health Community Support Services) Central Intake portal housed with the Canadian Mental Health Association - Ottawa Branch at 613-737-7791.
FeesService - Residents pay rent geared-to-income.
