DescriptionIntegrated social services for those living within the boundaries. 
 
Programs and services offered: information and referral * services for children, youth and their families * various programs for seniors and persons with disabilities * support groups * individual, family and couples counselling * home management services * legal information clinic * housing search and counselling services * mental health groups * addictions and problem gambling services * a range of services for abused women (some offered at a regional level) * community development * programs for immigrant women * First Words program 
 
Children Who Witness Violence program: for children ages 6 to 11 who have witnessed woman abuse * support groups for children and concurrent group for their moms and follow-up support offered 
 
Family Court Support Worker Program -- information on the family court process * assistance in documenting the history of abuse for family court proceedings * referral to specialized services and supports in the community * safety planning * court accompaniment to proceedings when appropriate 
 
Income Tax Clinics: offered in late winter each year to help individuals or family members with incomes of less than $35,000 with income tax returns. Offered through Certified General Accountants of Ontario 
 
Contact Ottawa: a voice mail box service for those who are unable to maintain a home phone line * $10 per month
