Provides assessment and referral to plastic surgeons, including specialists in such areas as audiology * speech * dentistry * orthodontics * radiology, oto-rhino-laryngology * ophthalmology * genetics * social work * oro-maxillofacial surgery * prosthodontics and occupational therapy.
Eligibility
Infants, children, adolescents and adults
Application
Assessments are available to all clients regardless of age * those 18 years and over will be referred to the appropriate health care professionals
Fees
Depends on circumstances and treatment, but dental treatment is not covered by the Ontario Health Card. However, children to age 22 who qualify for eligebility, are covered by the Ministry of Health for 75% of orthodontic treatment.
