DescriptionOffers mentorship and aftercare to men and women who are exiting the criminal justice system. Helps people to reintegrate into the community, to learn various lifeskills through mentorship, to find housing, to reconnect with family and to achieve gainful employment. This is done through a team of Coaches (volunteers) who are members of the community, and have been trained in the MAP progam model.
