DescriptionThe program provides a continuum of housing across 3 locations. This housing is designed to allow individuals the flexibility to move from one level of support to another depending on individual needs. The goal is to provide a safe, clean and supportive environment for individuals living with serious mental health issues and/or concurrent disorders. Our Supportive Housing programs offer an experience in communal and autonomous living. 
 
Hope Living Residence: 256 King Edward Avenue, 3rd floor 
Offers 35 rental units to men and women diagnosed with a serious mental illness which may or may not be co-occurring with other challenges. Staff are available 24/7 to support tenants based on their individual needs with the emphasis being recovery and promotion of independence. Services and supports are provided with the help of community partnerships with the The Royal, Sandy Hill Community Health Centre, and several other support agencies in the community. 
 
380 St. Patrick Residence: This location provides 13 units for men living with severe mental health issues who require minimal assistance to maintain their independence in a rooming house style environment. 
 
St. Andrew Residence: 208 St. Andrew St 
32 single and 3 shared apartments for men and women living with mental illness and/or concurrent disorder who have portable supports and are ready for autonomous living. Shepherds of Good Hope provides a supported environment focused towards independent living and building community within.

EligibilityAges: 18 year(s) and up 
 
Open to single individuals 18 years of age and older who are homeless or at risk of homelessness * catering primarily to individuals with a serious mental illness or concurrent disorder.
