DescriptionCounselling and support services for men 
 
* Individual, Couple and Family Therapy: Counselling services for a variety of issues 
 
* Men and Healing: For men on a journey of recovery from childhood sexual and physical abuse 
 
* Anger Management: For men having problems at work or at home due to their inappropriate expression of anger 
 
* Emotional Intelligence: For men to explore issues of emotional integrity, expression and interpersonal conflict resolution 
 
* Fathering Program: A group counselling program for men who wish to have insight, education and support in their goal to be better fathers 
 
* Brief Therapy: Assessment and brief therapy to prepare men for a group setting 
 
Various training workshops ranging in scope from dealing with violence in the workplace to models of trauma recovery. Professional training and consultation services to community service providers and other organizations.

EligibilityAges: 16 year(s) and up 
 
Aged 16 and over for group programs.
