Gambling Treatment Program: weekly structured group * individual assessment * focus on dealing with beliefs and feelings and changing behaviour * offered in three phases * aftercare provided 
 
Gambling Family Member Program: information * individual and group counselling * couple consultation * focus is on fast response to crisis and emotional distress
Waiting ListNo waiting list; clients are seen within one week.
EligibilityAdult gamblers, teen gamblers, family members of gamblers
ApplicationSelf-referrals accepted, followed by telephone intake procedure
