Food Bank * individual nutrition counselling * physical activity * smoking cessation counselling * healthy cooking groups * fitness for seniors * Living Well with Chronic Disease groups * Stress Busters groups * Attention deficit disorder (ADD) - Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) education groups * Rideau Centre Mall Walkers Club
EligibilitySandy Hill community residents; Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)-Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) program: children 8-10 years old * their parents or caregivers.
ApplicationDrop in or call to book an appointment.
