| Description | Regroups day centers that provide education to students placed in a day treatment establishment. The school board in partnership, with the therapeutic establishment believes that the behavior and the special need of some student require a more intensive help then the one offered in the regular school. "L’école Le Transit" serves the francophone community of both the public and catholic school board. Day centers: * "Centre de traitement de jour du Centre psychosocial situé à l'école élémentaire catholique Vision Jeunesse". There is a partnership with the "Centre psychosocial pour enfants et familles d'Ottawa ". Transition classes and primary school. * "Milieu de l’enfant" is located in the CHEO hospital. The teacher’s work with student from elementary to high school. There is a partnership with the CHEO hospital. * The "Programme jeunes parents" is located in the "école publique l'Alternative". The teacher works with young parents at the high school level. There is a partnership with the "Centre psychosocial pour enfants et familles d'Ottawa". * The Innes detention centre, on Innes road. The teacher works with prisoner of the detention centre. There is a partnership with the Innes detention centre. * "Centre éducatif des services à la jeunesse", is located in the "école secondaire De La Salle". The teacher works with students 12 to 15 years old. There is a partnership with Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa. * "Centre ADO du Millénium" is located in the "école secondaire publique Gisèle-Lalonde". The teacher works with student in the intermediate to high school level. There is a partnership with the CHEO hospital. * William E. Hay Centre located at 3000, Hawthorne Rd. The teacher works with francophone students from the intermediate to high school level. There is a partnership with Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa. * Sherwood detention centre located on Riverside. The teacher works with francophone students from the intermediate to high school level. There is a partnership with Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa. * Madawaska located on the ground of the Royal Ottawa Hospital. The teacher works with patients from intermediate to high school level. There is a partnership with the Royal Ottawa Hospital. * "Maison Fraternité" located on Olmstead St. The teacher works with students in the house from intermediate to high school level. There is a partnership with the "Maison Fraternité". * "Programme Répit-Transit" located in the "école publique Séraphin-Marion". The teaching is the elementary level. There is partnership with "Centre psychosocial pour enfants et familles d'Ottawa". * "Programme évitement scolaire" located in the "école secondaire publique Gisèle Lalonde".
