Description	Facilitates community reintegration for people living with mental illness or concurrent disorders by offering housing supports in order to prevent homelessness.    Responds to the needs of those who are homeless and those at-risk of becoming homeless, through its partnerships with other organizations in the field of housing support and through its various housing initiatives in the City of Ottawa and in the United Counties of Prescott and Russell.    Participates actively in the implementation of a range of services through its community development and research initiatives.
