HoursMon 9 am-5 pm * Tue, Wed 9 am-8 pm * Thu 9 am-5 pm * Fri 9 am-4 pm 
Program hours: to be determined
DatesYear-round * there are three sessions, winter, spring and fall
DescriptionA self-help group for individuals living with chronic health conditions. The program does not focus on one chronic condition, but rather touches on common issues that many people living with a chronic condition face. The goal is to help people develop the tools they need to better manage themselves and whatever condition they live with. 
 
A few of the topics covered are: dealing with pain * frustration and isolation * improving communication skills with health professionals and family * nutrition * evaluating new treatments 
 
**Please do not wear perfumed products to meetings as some individuals have environmental sensitivities
