Description	Provides geared-to-income supportive housing
Eligibility	Ages: 16 year(s) and up    Single adults 16 yrs and older * who are chronically homeless * or have mental/physical disabilities or addiction problems
Application	Apply in person at the office.
Fees	Program - Rent geared-to-income * clients are usually Ontario Works or Ontario Disability Support Program recipients * no additional costs to clients
