DescriptionMen's residential supportive addictions treatment centre (Level 1) * capacity for 18 men * provides individually designed treatment plans, group counselling, individual counselling and life/social skills development in a structured setting * holds daily group sessions during the week with a focus on developing continuing recovery skills based on the bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach to recovery * offers peer supports, mutual aid, volunteerism, social and recreational activities * referrals for medical, legal, financial, education and other counselling services (eg: grief, trauma) available, if required * in addition to the scheduled program, there is 24 hour access to support

EligibilityAges: 19 year(s) and up 
 
Open to men 19 years and over who are relapse prone and have attempted numerous prior outpatient/short-term addictions treatments * client must be detoxed prior to admission * admission based on Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Admission and Discharge Criteria
ApplicationMinistry of Health Assessment Tools must be completed and referral made based on the MOHLTC Admission and Discharge Criteria for long-term Residential Supportive Treatment, Level 1. Call to obtain application process.
