Description	Offers group exercise classes designed to assist older adults and those with physical challenges in maintaining their independence and are geared to personal functional ability    Locations:  * Althorpe/Bolingbroke - ABC Community Hall  * Westport - North Crosby Hall  * Portland - Community Hall  * Brockville - St. Lawrence Anglican Church  * Brockville - Highway Pentecostal Church Hall  * Prescott - Medical Centre  * Athens - Joshua Bates Centre  * Elgin - Community Centre  * Spencerville - St. Andrew's Church  * Lansdowne - Community Centre   * Lyndhurst - Legion Hall  * Carleton Place - Legion Hall  * Gananoque - Carveth Care Centre (Herbert St. entrance)  * Kemptville - Kemptville Pentecostal Church Hall  * Perth - Civitan Hall and Legion Hall  * Smiths Falls - Seniors’ Centre    In-Home 10 Step CPHC Seniors' Exercise: Exercise program designed for seniors or those adults physically compromised that cannot get out of their homes * a trained CPHC Volunteer Exercise Instructor is matched with the senior (one on one) to teach them a 10-Step exercise program in their home * program is also aired on Cogeco Cable Television in Perth, Smiths Falls and Brockville
