Description	A mobile RV unit, retrofitted with a full examination room * staffed by a nurse practitioner, program assistant and driver/mobile support * delivers primary health care to residents of all ages with priority given to those with no family physician * service is provided in various locations throughout Lanark, Leeds & Grenville on regular scheduled date each month
Eligibility	Priority is given to residents without a family physician
