DescriptionProvides advocacy and support to youth and youth at risk, and assessment and referral services for youth and families * Operates a Youth Justice Committee, a mentoring program, a cognitive skills group called Rebound and an alternative to home suspension program * Also provide substance use and addictions counselling 
 
Diverts first-time, non-serious offenders away from formal court system * Administers restitution agreements whereby youth can repay the victim(s) of an offense
