DescriptionVolunteers drive seniors to and from medical appointments * rides can only be arranged during business hours
EligibilityAges: 60 year(s) and up 
 
Adults 60 years and older who are unable to use public transit systems or cannot drive
ApplicationReferral by health care provider required * seniors may book drives from 2 days to 2 weeks in advance
FeesService - $7 per one-way trip ; Method(s) of Payment Accepted - cash, cheque, credit card, debit ; Monthly invoice
