Providing girls' and womens' hockey * offers basic instruction in FUNdamentals through to the senior program * house league, competitive and Elite play offered * House League games played in the Kingston area * Competitive/Elite teams play from Kingston to Toronto in the LLFHL East Division * Both the Competitive and Elite teams go into tournaments and try to qualify for the Provincial playdowns
