Description	Provides supports and services to adults with an intellectual disability to promote opportunities for personal growth within their community * Services and supports offered:    * Community Homes - Six homes that provide the opportunity to enhance skills and be active and included in the community  * Home Share - Families and/or individuals interested in being "Home Sharer" are matched with individuals with similar interests  * Apartment/ Home Supports - Residential support for adults able to live independently with guidance in finances, home management, and community connecting  * Employment and Lifeskills Supports - Social, recreational, and leisure-based activities  * Respite - Provides parents and other caregivers with an opportunity to renew themselves while the person with the intellectual disability has the opportunity to be away from the family setting  * Foundations - Helps those 18-28 make transition to community, develop a support network, make personal life choices, choose goals, become more independent    Association also provides support, resources, advocacy and networking for families of children and adults with an intellectual disability.
Eligibility	Ages: 18 year(s) and up    Open to adults 18 years and older with intellectual disabilities, and their families
